1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "Platform" refers to the ku918 website accessible at https://ku918.io, including all pages, services, games, betting markets, and features available therein.
• "Player" / "User" / "you" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the ku918 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the personal account created by a Player upon registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total sum of real-money funds held in a Player's Account, excluding any bonus credit that is subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Credit" refers to any promotional funds, free spins credit equivalents, or reward-based credit allocated to a Player's Account that is subject to separate bonus terms and wagering requirements before withdrawal.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

You must update your account information promptly if any of these details change. ku918 is not liable for any delays, failed transactions, or account restrictions arising from inaccurate information provided at the time of registration.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. ku918 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify ku918 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

2.5 Jurisdiction

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that using the ku918 platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing it. ku918 does not make any representation that its services are appropriate or legal in all locations. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online betting is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk and in violation of these Terms.

3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

3.1 Verification Requirement

ku918 requires all Players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process before processing any withdrawal request or granting full account privileges. KYC verification is designed to confirm the Player's identity, age, and ownership of the payment methods used for deposits.

3.2 Accepted Documents

3.3 Verification Timeline

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.2 Deposit Limits

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Eligibility

5.2 Wagering Requirements

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their Bonus Credit and any associated winnings forfeited and may be permanently closed.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers

ku918 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or permanently withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been claimed and wagering has commenced, the original terms applying to that bonus at the time of claim will continue to apply to the claimed credit.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on ku918 are subject to the specific rules of the market or game type to which they apply. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand the rules governing that bet. ku918 does not accept bets placed by automated systems, bots, or software not authorised by ku918.

6.2 Void Bets

ku918 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a manifest error in odds, market data, or game logic. A manifest error is defined as any situation in which the stated odds or game parameters deviate materially from what a reasonable person would consider to be the correct figure. Void bets are refunded to the Player's account balance.

6.3 Live Betting

Live in-play betting markets are subject to real-time data feeds. ku918 shall not be liable for connectivity issues, data feed interruptions, or delays that result in bets being placed at stale or incorrect odds. Where data feed errors are identified, affected bets may be voided at ku918's discretion.

6.4 Game Fairness

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by ku918

ku918 reserves the right to suspend or close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause including but not limited to: suspected fraud, Prohibited Conduct, breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC within a specified timeframe, or where continued operation of the account presents a risk to the integrity of the platform.

8.2 Voluntary Closure by the Player

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting ku918 support via the live chat or email channel. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining verified balance will be withdrawn to the Player's registered payment method prior to closure. Bonus Credit that has not met its wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary self-exclusion period (minimum 7 days, maximum 12 months) or a permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the specified period. During self-exclusion, the Player's account is locked and no deposits, bets, or logins are permitted.

8.4 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether initiated by ku918 or voluntarily — all pending bets that have already been placed will be settled according to their natural outcome. Bonus Credit and any winnings subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances remain payable to the Player.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the ku918 platform — including but not limited to the ku918 brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, images, game assets, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of ku918 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

10 Limitation of Liability
